The “E” at the end of Dominick’s Grille isn’t just fancy spelling. It stands for co-owner Eric Sidor — and his entrepreneurship. Along with Dale Cuddeback, Sidor opened the restaurant Friday in the Fingerlakes Mall food court across from B.B.’s Pizza Express. Its official grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 1, but the owners wanted to be serving food for New York State Fair-goers coming to use the mall’s shuttle service.
