Deputies in Ontario County report that on Friday, at about 7:33 am a Victor man was arrested and charged with criminal contempt.Daniel E. Haug, 56, of Victor was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, which occurred after he was located at a residence, which he had a complete stay away order actively on. He was in violation of the stay away order by being at the residence and was charged as such, according to deputies.He was arraigned in Victor Town Court, and will answer the charges at a later date.
