The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Syracuse man was arrested following an incident that occurred at the Waterloo Outlet Mall on April 13th around 3:20 pm. Gregory T. Cerul, 31, of Syracuse is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $215.00 from a Town of Junius business. Sheriff’s Deputies charged Cerul with petit larceny, and issued him an appearance ticket.Cerul is scheduled to appear in Junius Town Court on May 12th at 6:00 pm to answer the charge against him.
