Deputies in Ontario County arrested a 21-year-old Target employee after he allegedly stole more than $3,000 in fraudulent gift cards.
Dominick A. Monge, 21, of Canandaigua was charged with one count of first-degree falsifying business records after he allegedly was employed at Target in Victor. He is accused of making fraudulent transactions to receive gift cards valued at more than $3,000.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
