A man has pleaded guilty to selling heroin that caused a fatal overdose in Cayuga County. Andrew Clay, of 120 Corona Ave. Apt. 16 in Groton, was charged June 19 with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony. The 24-year-old admitted to selling heroin to a man in Moravia who later died of an overdose.
