The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Palmyra man was arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute.Shawn S.L. Kelley, 27, of Palmyra was arrested for attempted burglary in the second degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment in the second degree and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.The charges stem from an investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred at a private residence in Palmyra where Kelley is accused of attempting to force her way into a residence to take property and was also involved in a physical altercation in the process.Kelley was arraigned in Palmyra Town Court and committed to the the Wayne County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. Kelley is to reappear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
