The Seneca County sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at about 5:45 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 34 year old Corrie M. Hibbard of Varick for one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the 4th. The arrest stems from a domestic dispute where it is alleged Hibbard pushed a window mounted air conditioner that was placed in a window of her ex boyfriend’s home, onto the floor causing it to break. Hibbard was arraigned in the town of Varick Court where she was ROR’D. A class a order of protection was issued to the victim. Hibbard will appear in the Town of Varick Court at a later date to answer the charge.
