Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the CMAC Traffic Detail for the Ellie Goulding concert arrested Colleen E. Ward, age 20 of Fairport, for DWI after she drove around two Deputies at two different traffic posts.Deputies had to pursue her vehicle on State Route 364 south of Lakeshore Drive where she pulled over. She was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. After consenting to a breath test Ward was issued traffic tickets for DWI and failing to comply with lawful order of a police officer and is to appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
