The United Ministry of Aurora is sponsoring a series of meetings addressing questions older citizens may have about their legal, medical and spiritual options concerning “End of Life.” Our first meeting will be Tuesday, December 15 at 6:30 in the church social room to address the legal aspect. Representatives of the law firm Karpinski, Stapleton & Tehan PC, members of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, will first speak from their great knowledge and then answer your questions on Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney, etc.. They have presented together locally but not in Southern Cayuga County and we wish to remedy that. If you need transportation, call 364-7231. All ages are welcome and light refreshments will be served. United Ministry of Aurora, 337 Main Street Aurora, NY 315-364-8543.
