The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 11th a Pennsylvania man was arrested after being found in possession of a hypodermic needle.Terr R. Satterly, Jr., 32, of Ulster, Pennsylvania was arrested around 5:00 am on Monday after a traffic stop in the Town of Dix. Satterly was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, and no seatbelt driver, parking on pavement, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was arraigned in Montour Town Court.
