The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday at approximately 8:30 pm Deputies arrested Mark C. Parody, age 54 of 1917 Vienna Road in Sylvan Beach, NY for DWI and Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or Higher. The arrest stems from a suspicious vehicle being located by Deputies on West Tyre Road in the Town of Tyre. Parody was arraigned at the Town of Tyre Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1000/$2000. Parody is scheduled to reappear on Tuesday for further court action.
