On Thursday at approximately 07:07 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Garth Vanevery, age 41 of 3004 Cosad Road in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Impersonation the Second Degree.Vanevery is accused of using a name and date of birth of another individual during a traffic stop that was conducted on 08/15/15 by the Seneca Falls Police Department.Vanevery was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/17/15 at 10am.
