The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Sunday at approximately 6:00 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Stacey L Courtright, age 25 of 7183 South Main St in Ovid, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Courtright aggressively threw and destroyed property while in the presence of a 5 year old child. As a result the child became scared and ran to another family member for help. Courtright was arraigned at the Covert Town Court where she was ROR’d. A Class B Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the child. Courtright is scheduled to reappear at the Ovid Town Court on April 21 at 10:00 am.
