On Saturday at 5:45 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Franklin S. O’Shea, age 28 of 60 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, for having a False Inspection Sticker, an unclassified misdemeanor, following an investigation into a forged NYS inspection sticker. Seneca Falls Police initially came into contact with the O’Shea’s vehicle because it was parked partially blocking Bridge Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. While investigating the officer noticed that the inspection sticker did not match the one that was reported by DMV. The one reported by DMV was expired in June of 2014, and officers located the same inspection sticker number that was on a vehicle that the family had scrapped in late 2014. O’Shea was issued a UTT and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on March 9 at 6:00 pm.
