The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Nicholas D. Swaney, age 18 of 7239 S. Main Street in Ovid, for one count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree a class A misdemeanor.Swaney is accused of puncturing a local resident’s tire on Main Street in Ovid on 5/29/15.Swaney was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Ovid Court on 8/25/15 at 10am to answer to the charge.
