Seneca County sex offenders arrested after using Facebook

Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested two New York State registered sex offenders who were in violation of the New York State Sex Offender registration act. Lisa A. Hennigan, age 31 of 2049 Stevenson Road in Seneca Falls, was arrested on July 23rd 2015 in the Town of Tyre. Hennigan was charged with two counts of failing to notify of an internet account, a class E felony. The charges stem from Hennigan using two seperate facebook accounts without notifying New York State.Kevin M. Limner, age 34 of 2129 Water Street in Ovid, was arrested on July 23rd 2015 in the Town of Ovid. Limner was charged with failing to notify of an internet account, a class E felony. The charge stems from Limner using a Facebook account without notifying New York State.Hennigan and Limner were both issued apperance tickets and are to appear in the Town of Tyre and Town of Ovid Courts at a lat er date to answer the charges.
