The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at 5:02 pm Deputies arrested Thomas E. Robinson, age 45 of Ovid, for endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breath or blood circulation and harassment in the second degree. This arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred at a Romulus residence on Saturday. It is alleged that Robinson engaged in a physical dispute with a nine year old child. Robinson was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and released on his own recognizance. A Class A Order of Protection was issued for the victim. Robinson is due back in court Friday at 10:30 am to answer to the charges.
