On Monday morning, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Brent W. Strobridge, age 45 of West Lake Road in Horseheads, on a charge of petit larceny after police were called to a local business.Police received a complaint from a Village business of a man who had opened a package in the store, placed an item in his clothing, and then left the store without paying for the item.Security cameras in the store captured the larceny and assisted in identifying Mr. Strobridge.Strobridge was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court on March 9, 2015.
