Tuesday at about 11:07 AM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David Jones Jr, age 49, of 2943 State Route 96A, Interlaken, N.Y. Jones was charged with one count of Rape in the third degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that on the week end of July 14th 2007 Jones gave a 16 year old female alcohol and then engaged in sexual activity with the female.at a Town of Lodi residence.Jones was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and released to re-appear at a later date. An Order of Protection was issued by the court.
