A Naples couple was arrested after allegedly neglecting four children.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Heather and Raymond Royer on Friday; both of them were arrested on four counts of assault.
An investigation revealed that Heather and Raymond Royer did not provide four children with proper dental hygiene and ignored the dentist’s recommendations for care.
Deputies say the time frame of the alleged incident was between January 3, 2017 and June 12, 2018.
The children are ages 4, 5, 7, and 10. Neglect of dental care resulted in the four children having long term and permanent dental problems.
