Geneva man faces felony drug charges after investigation in Seneca County

Investigators say a 27-year-old Geneva man was arrested on felony drug charges following an investigation in the Town of Waterloo.

Sharmeer A. Sinopoli, 27, of Geneva was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and felony criminal sale of a controlled substance after an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in Waterloo.



Deputies say that Sinopoli sold cocaine to another person.

He was released and is scheduled to appear at a later date in Seneca County Court.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit was assisted by the Geneva Police Department and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
