Troopers: Romulus man had BAC more than three-times the legal limit

State Police say a 33-year-old Romulus man was arrested on multiple charges – including two felonies – following a traffic stop on State Route 96.

Adam J. Livingston, 33, of Romulus was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle while driving, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving to the left in a no passing zone, driving to the left of hill crest/curve, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate, operating a motor vehicle out of ignition interlock restriction, renting/leasing a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device and speeding.



The charges stem from a traffic stop on State Route 96.

State Police say Livingston has two previous convictions in the last 10 years.

After being processed, he provided a breath sample of 0.27 percent – more than three-times the legal limit.

He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges at a later date.
