Police arrested a Seneca Falls man for driving while ability impaired by drugs following an accident investigation.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that Ronald J. Manino, 55, was believed to be operating a motor vehicle, which was involved in a property damage accident on North Road in Seneca Falls on August 30th.
The accident happened around 11:04 am. After the accident he was transported to an area hospital, where a toxicology report was obtained.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
He was process and released. The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court, according to police.
