The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at approximately 12:18 am deputies responded to a Domestic incident on Waterloo-Geneva Road.
Upon arrival, Waterloo PD was already on-scene assisting and had the parties separated.
After further investigation Deputies arrested Luis A. Vargas, 24, of Waterloo for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
It is alleged that Vargas returned home intoxicated and began to fight with a female and destroy property while in front of a seven year old child.
Vargas was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center where he will await arraignment on the charge.
