On July 20th at 1:36 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin T. Young, 39, of Seneca Falls following a traffic stop on Mechanic Street.
Young passed officers operating a motor vehicle while having a revoked driver’s license.
During the traffic stop it was also determined that he was required to have an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle. Police say he did not on the vehicle.
It was determined that Young was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated.
He was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, operating out of interlock restriction, driving while intoxicated, and driving with .18 % or more BAC.
Young was processed and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 20th.
