A 20-year-old Penn Yan resident was arrested after a two-car accident, according to police, who say that the driver was operating without a license.
Jacob Thornton, 20, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation after a two-car property damage accident.
Through investigation it was determined that his driving privelages had been revoked.
He was charged and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
