You can make the case in just about every NFL training camp that the most interesting position for fans to watch is quarterback.
Duh, right?
Even in New England, where Tom Brady has been the undeniable starter since 9/11 changed the world, there’s always been a little bit of summer intrigue because there was at least a training camp battle to become his backup.
In Buffalo, of course, the quarterback position rarely ceases to produce high interest because there’s always something to see, even if you’re peeking through your fingers because at times it has been tough to watch.
