Boeheim’s Army stays in Syracuse to continue team chemistry for next game

They gathered after their win Sunday evening at LIU-Brooklyn immediately after Demetris Nichols’ triumphant 3-pointer. At a table situated close to their locker room, they conferred with The Basketball Tournament officials who sought information that would deliver them to the Super 16.

Boeheim’s Army players, one-by-one, supplied names, birthdates, phone numbers and email addresses to allow TBT to purchase plane tickets to Atlanta, site of this weekend’s games. Boeheim’s Army plays Armored Athlete at 1 p.m. Saturday (ESPN) at Georgia State.
