Police say a 57-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested and charged with harassment following a domestic incident with a female on July 12th.
Around 8:50 pm Stephen C. Brody, 57, of Burnville, Pennsylvania was charged with second-degree harassment after engaging in a physical altercation with a female victim.
He was released on his own recognizance.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim, who police say was not injured during the incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
