Seneca Falls man drove without interlock device, on suspended license

On Wednesday at 5:11 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 33-year-old following a traffic complaint.

Jayson R. Hall, 33, of Seneca Falls was arrested after stopping him police checked the DMV database and learned that Hall had a revoked drivers license.

Additionally, he also had a restriction on his license requiring any vehicle that he operate to have an ignition interlock device.



Hall was issued tickets for aggravated unlicensed operating in the second degree and operating a vehicle out of ignition interlock restriction, both misdemeanors.

He was released on traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 16th at 5:30 pm.
