Deputies say a 33-year-old Atlanta resident was arrested after a suspicious vehicle was investigated on Tuesday around 5:44 pm.
Anthony J. Infantino, 33, of Atlanta was arrested after deputies investigated a parked vehicle on the shoulder of County Road 14 in West Bloomfield.
Investigators found Infantino was in possession of a controlled substance and medication without a valid prescription.
He was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and public health law; possessing medication outside a properly labeled container.
Infantino was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in West Bloomfield Town Court at a liter date.
