Waterloo man punches mirror during roadside dispute

Deputies say a 37-year-old Brewer Road resident was arrested after a roadside domestic incident on June 24th.

Around 8:49 pm deputies responded to State Route 96 in Waterloo for that alleged incident, which involved David J. Stone, 37, of Waterloo.

He was subsequently charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

The arrest stems from a domestic incident where he got into a verbal altercation with his fiancée.

He then exited the vehicle and punched the passenger side mirror causing damage to her vehicle in front of their two-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter.

He was not on scene when authorities arrived, but was later located.

Stone was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and released.
