Deputies say a 32-year-old Sodus man was arrested on multiple charges after a warrant was issued for his arrest following a car accident.
The crash happened on October 21st, according to deputies. As result, Geno R. Thomas, 32, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.08 percent, aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to maintain lane.
He was arraigned in Sodus Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.
Deputies say he was held on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
