Trail group files action over SF eminent domain decision

A non-profit group has taken legal action against the town of Seneca Falls to prevent the municipality from using eminent domain to build a larger sewer line through the Ludovico Sculpture Trail.

Pittsford-based attorney Sheila Chalifoux has filed a petition in Appellate Court in Rochester on behalf of The Frank J. Ludovico Sculpture Trail Corp. against the town of Seneca Falls. It seeks to halt the eminent domain procedure approved by the Town Board on Tuesday, May 1st.
