On Sunday at 7:12 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 33-year-old resident after an investigation into a domestic incident.
Derek H. Hager, 33, of Seneca Falls was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child after the domestic incident.
Police say he was in contact with a person with whom he has a complete stay-away order of protection against and engaged into a verbal argument with the protected party while a juvenile was in the residence.
He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
A stay-away order of protection was issued for the juvenile.
