Joshua Bacigalupi is not an unknown figure in the Dryden Central School District. Before taking his current position as principal of Alton B. Parker Elementary School in the Cortland Enlarged City School District, Bacigalupi filled the positions of both Assistant Principal and Principal of Dryden Elementary School. At the May 21 meeting of the Dryden Board of Education Bacigalupi was unanimously approved for hiring to fill the position of superintendent of the Dryden Central School District. Over the next month, Bacigalupi will be meeting with interim superintendent William Locke to ensure a smooth transition.
