On Sunday, Patsy Lee Dickens will celebrate Mother’s Day by flipping her last burger at the restaurant she has owned and operated for 40 years.
Dickens has sold Patsy’s Drive-In, a Border City institution, to Barry Stillwell, a bank executive, and Walt Conkey, a winery executive. The closing is set for today.
