Deputies say that a 32-year-old Geneva woman suffered a neck injury after her vehicle was struck from behind.
Emily McDonald, 32, of Geneva was traveling west on Route 96 โ and stopped to make a left turn onto County Road 6 when her vehicle was struck from behind. The second vehicle was operated by Gregory Wolf, 43, of Newark โ who was ticketed for following too closely.
As result of the collision โ McDonald suffered a neck injury, but declined immediate medical treatment. Instead, first responders say she was going to seek out medical treatment after the incident on her own.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Oaks Corners Fire Department and Phelps Ambulance assisted at the scene.
