On April 11th the Waterloo Police Department arrested an Ovid woman following an incident involving a threatening voicemail.
Danielle L. Russ, of Ovid is accused of leaving a threatening voicemail message on another female’s phone.
She was charged with aggravated harassment, and arraigned in Waterloo Village Court.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
