Deputies arrested a West Bloomfield man on Monday following an investigation into an incident, which happened on February 28th.
Jeffrey A. Elder Jr., 31, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief after causing approximately $1,600 worth of damage to another person’s property after a physical altercation.
He was arraigned in West Bloomfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to answer the charge at a later date.
