Deputies report that on February 17th at about 1:05 a.m., an Interlaken woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
Robin A. Barton, 30, of Interlaken was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a 0.08 percent BAC, speed over 55 mph, and refusal to take breath test.
Barton was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges in Covert Town Court at a later date.
