Deputies arrested a Massachusetts man following a short pursuit in Ontario County.
Derek M. Gryszowka, 26, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, DWI, reckless driving, fleeing a police officer, failure to keep right and speeding.
Deputies were dispatched to the report of a sick or intoxicated driver, and after located the vehicle a short pursuit unfolded.
He was eventually stopped in Farmington near Mertensia Road and taken into custody. Investigation determined that Gryszowka was intoxicated, with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
