Deputies: Man arrested after refusing to leave del Lago, charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing

On Thursday at approximately 9 p.m. deputies with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 56-year-old Camilus resident on two charges after an incident at del Lago Resort & Casino.

Deputies say that Muntaz A. Khan, 56, was asked to leave the facility after arguing with employees multiple times. He was then asked several times by law enforcement to leave the scene.

However, deputies say Khan refused to do so and continued using obscene language in the public space, which resulted in his arrest.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing, according to deputies.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
