A 19-year-old Rochester man was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court on Tuesday after an investigation into a November incident.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 19-year-old Reginald Castel, of Rochester for sexual misconduct.
Deputies say the charge stems from an investigation into an incident where he had sexual contact with a 20-year-old female victim without her consent.
He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
