Palmyra teen faces felony charge for selling cocaine in 2017 in Ontario Co.

Deputies say an 18-year-old Palmyra resident faces a felony drug charge after an investigation into the sale of cocaine at his home on Hosey Road in the Town of Manchester.

Deputies say Dustin D. Proctor, 18, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance — a Class B felony, after an investigation dating back to October 26, 2017 where he sold cocaine to another individual while at his home.

He was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and will have to answer the charge in Manchester Town Court.

Proctor was held on $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
