An Auburn man was arrested for burglary and criminal contempt Tuesday following a domestic dispute in the city, police said.
Nicholas Passarello, 26, of 27 Letchworth St., has been charged with second-degree burglary, a class C felony, as well as second-degree criminal contempt, petit larceny and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors.
Auburn Deputy Police Chief Roger Anthony said officers responded to a home on Mary Street late Tuesday night for a domestic situation involving a 66-year-old woman.
