Troopers say a 26-year-old Williamson resident now faces multiple charges after an unauthorized use of vehicle complaint.
Police say Garrick L. Powers, 26, of Williamson was charged with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation, and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The charges stem from an unauthorized use of vehicle complaint in Williamson. On State Route 21 police found Powers’ vehicle stopped.
He was placed under arrest and arraigned at Williamson Town Court.
Powers was held on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
