On January 6th Troopers arrested an Auburn woman after she was found to be driving while intoxicated follow field sobriety tests.
Rachel W. Dyson, 54, of Auburn was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08 percent, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection certificate and license restriction violation.
While on patrol, Troopers observed Dyson’s vehicle on the shoulder of Arterial East in the Town of Aurelius.
She was placed under arrest after failing many of those standard tests.
Dyson was transported to State Police Auburn where she provided a breath sample of .16 percent BAC.
Police say she was issued uniform traffic tickets.
