The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Sodus man following a domestic incident at a residence.
Clayton J. Bardin, 50, is accused of threatening his girlfriend with a knife.
He was charged with Menacing in the Second Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Bardin was arraigned in the Town of Arcadia Court by Judge Williams. Judge Williams issued an order of protection.
He is scheduled to appear in the Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
