A 22-year-old was charged after an investigation into a domestic incident, where a vehicle was damaged in Penn Yan.
Police say Miranda Manning, 22, was charged with criminal mischief after an investigation into a domestic dispute revealed that she struck a vehicle belonging to a Penn Yan resident.
She caused damage to the vehicle, and thus was charged.
Manning was arraigned in Penn Yan Court and released to answer the charge at a later date.
